This morning at Mortalis for a BA release for their fifth anniversary, they had a bunch of older BA’s on tap, so on today’s Brew Review, I’m having their Barrel Aged Pomona Salictarius. This collab with Equilibrium is a 13% imperial stout aged for 14 months in Heaven Hill and Brandy barrels and conditioned the beer on house roasted peanuts and Thai Bananas.
