Brew Review – Equilibrium Brewery/Civil Society Brewing Company Coconut Rum Barrel Aged Graceland Grand Royale (Gold Wax 2023)

Last year, Equilibrium and Civil Society’s Barrel Aged Graceland was the best stout I had in the year. This year they changed it up a bit with the 2023 version being a Coconut Rum Barrel Aged Graceland Grand Royale, which I try on today’s Brew Review. This 14% imperial stout had the base aged 24 months in coconut rum barrels (that had a blend of eight different Caribbean rums for five years) and conditioned on peanut butter, marshmallows, bananas, coconut, and honey.
