On today’s Brew Review, I’m having the Triple Berry Crumble variant of Mortalis’s Tears of the Goddess. This 7.5% abv sour IPA, features strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry puree and is conditioned on toasted coconut, Madagascar Vanilla, marshmallow, and granola with milk sugar, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. The Out of Order series from RAR Brewing is one of my favorite series of beers. The last one I had though (which I didn’t review), I wasn’t a fan of so I had to have a redemption beer for them. On today’s Brew Review I’m having “Easy On the Soda” from their Home Alone release. This 5.8% ABV sour is their take on blue raspberry cream soda uses their lactose sour base conditioned on blue raspberry syrup, vanilla cream (rather than their pastry cream), vanilla beans and carbonated a bit more than the rest of the OOO series.
