I’m having one of this year’s BA stouts from Angry Chair, Barrel Aged Snowball, on today’s Brew Review. This 12.5% imperial pastry stout was brewed with toasted coconut, marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla beans and Ecuadorian cacao nibs and rested in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 24 months.
