Tonight’s Brew Review features a high end stout, this year’s version of Obsidius from Woven Water Brewing in Tampa. This 12.5% imperial stout is aged in a blend of Heaven Hill & Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, conditioned on cocoa nibs, coconut, and hazelnut.
