Awesome night for me on the NHL last night, sweeping the board going 3-0 to win 4.5 units! Tonight we have a three game slate, let’s keep crushing this first round! Last night the Preds tied up their series with a 4-1 win in Vancouver to take home ice in the series heading back to Smashville. The biggest fear for the Canucks going into the … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 4/24/24
I had a slight loss on yesterday’s NHL Playoff games with the Bruins losing, but with the Canes roaring back with two goals in nine seconds, I ended the night going 2-3 to lose just 0.26 units and my series plays look nice. Tonight we have four more Game 2s. Let’s stay hot! Game 2 – Rangers vs. Capitals (7:00) As expected, the Rangers completely … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 4/23/24
This week the PGA Tour heads to New Orleans, for the Zurich Classic, a unique teams event at TPC Louisiana. This is a week I personally take off, but I still break down the tournament! Course Breakdown Par 72, 7425 yards, Pete Dye design, all four Par 3s are between 200-225 yards, all four of the Par 5s should be reachable in two by most … Continue reading Zurich Classic of New Orleans – Gambling/DFS Preview 2024
Today the Sabres announced after firing Don Granato (absolutely the correct move) last week that we have hired our new head coach, bringing back Lindy Ruff to once again be the head coach of the Buffalo Sabres. I loved Lindy Ruff when he was the coach for the Sabres the first time, the coach we had my whole childhood as I grew up loving this … Continue reading The Sabres Bring Back Lindy
Solid day yesterday as the NHL playoffs continued to start, as I went 5-2 to win 2.5 units. Really good first weekend. Tonight the final two series begin in the West and two East series continue. Let’s stay hot! Game 2 – Bruins vs. Maple Leafs (7:00) Game 1 of this series was a complete shit kicking with the depth of the Bruins leading the … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 4/22/24
I think this should be a decent series in the first round in the Pacific Division as the #2 seed Oilers and the #3 seed Kings open the playoffs for the third season in a row. The Oilers were the better team between these teams this season, going 3-1 in the divisional matchups between them. The Oilers won 3-2 in a shootout in LA on … Continue reading NHL Playoffs 2024 – Round 1 Series Preview: Oilers vs. Kings
I think this is the best series of the first round as the Western Conference leading Dallas Stars face the second Wild Card Vegas Golden Knights. This will be a rematch of last year’s Western Conference Finals, where Vegas won it in six games to advance to the Cup Finals and it’s insane that one of these teams will get eliminated here. I think the … Continue reading NHL Playoffs 2024 – Round 1 Series Preview: Stars vs. Golden Knights
I started today’s NHL slate going 5-2 on the first two games today to win 1.5 units. The playoffs continue tonight with two solid matchups out West. Let’s keep on rolling! Jets vs. Avalanche (7:00) As I broke down in depth in my blog previewing this series between the #2 seeded Winnipeg Jets and #3 seeded Colorado Avalanche is a fascinating matchup in the Central … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 4/21/24 – Late Slate
I know that compared to some of the other series we have in the first round this one isn’t that exciting, but I really think this first round matchup between the Pacific Division winner Vancouver Canucks and the first Wild Card in the West, Nashville Predators ends up being a really competitive, solid series. Vancouver swept the regular season series between these teams, going a … Continue reading NHL Playoffs 2024 – Round 1 Series Preview: Canucks vs. Predators
This series between the #2 seeded Winnipeg Jets and #3 seeded Colorado Avalanche is a fascinating matchup in the Central Division in what I expect to be a great series. Both of these teams had solid seasons, finishing the year just three points apart. This will be the first time these teams have ever met in the playoffs. The Jets dominated the regular season series … Continue reading NHL Playoffs 2024 – Round 1 Series Preview: Jets vs. Avalanche
