Tonight the Sabres put together their second really good win in a row, in different fashion, as we dominated the Red Wings early for a huge 7-3 win on home ice. Alex Tuch got the Sabres on the board nice and early in the game, going five hole to beat Lyon just 1:07 into the game, scoring on the first Buffalo shot on goal. Nice … Continue reading Sabres vs. Red Wings: 3/12/24 – Game Reactions/Recap

I split my plays on last night’s NHL games, going 2-2, losing 0.2 units. Not horrible after a great weekend. Tonight we have a big ten game slate tonight, let’s bounce back! Sabres vs. Red Wings (7:00) Pretty solid matchup in the Atlantic to get the night started. My Sabres ended their three game losing streak on Saturday afternoon, in impressive fashion as they beat … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 3/12/24
Mini sweep of the NHL board for me yesterday, going 3-0 to win 1.5 units without a sweat for an 11-1 weekend (with the loss thanks to my Sabres). Tonight we have just a four game slate, let’s keep rolling! Bruins vs. Blues (7:00) Not a great matchup here between the 2019 Cup Finals opponents. The Bruins, coming off an easy 5-1 win against the … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 3/11/24
I love the stouts from Adroit Theory’s and on today’s Brew Review I’m having their Crumbl (Peanut Butter Brownie Cookie), a 12% cream stout with Reese’s Cup, chocolate chip cookie, and brownie flavors. The pink Starburst are by far the best ones and on today’s Brew Review, I’m having a beer inspired by them, Stoneyard Brewing’s The Pink Ones, a 7% sour ale. Continue reading Brew Review – Stoneyard Brewing Co. The Pink Ones
I crushed yesterday’s NHL games, my Sabres were the only team that kept me from sweep the board, going 8-1 to win 3.1 units. Great night! Today we have just a five game slate, let’s win again! Penguins vs. Oilers (1:00) Decent cross conference game to get the day started, but this is a pretty big mismatch. Both of these teams are coming off losses … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 3/10/24
Coming off three losses in a row this week, today the Sabres did a great job beating the Oilers 3-2 (twice) in a shootout, on a really solid defensive game. It didn’t take long for the Oilers to get on the road, with a goal from Ryan McLeod just 29 seconds into the game off a beautiful backhand from Draisaitl. Edmonton went up 2-0 with … Continue reading Sabres vs. Oilers: 3/9/24 – Game Reactions/Recap
With triple the fruit in this one, on today’s Brew Review, I’m having Adroit Theory’s Avextir (Triple Passion Fruit + Mango + Peach), a 4.5% smoothie style fruited sour from the brewery that makes that style better than anyone. Continue reading Brew Review – Adroit Theory Brewing Avextir (Triple Passion Fruit + Mango + Peach) (Ghost 1521)
I went 2-3 on last night’s NHL slate, losing 0.86 units. Not the best as the Red Wings got smoked by the Yotes. Today we have a huge 13 game Saturday slate, let’s bounce back! I’m keeping my write ups of each game pretty short today. Sabres vs. Oilers (12:30) I don’t really love my Sabres to contend much in this game with McDavid and … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 3/9/24
