I was really interested to try Oaked JJJuliusss from Tree House on today’s Brew Review, a 6.8% American IPA. They tried a new method of brewing on this one, taking the base JJJuliusss recipe, aging it in oak barrels and then aggressively dry-hopping it a second time before final conditioning.
