I’m having another Mortalis BA from this past weekend on today’s Brew Review, the Red Wax version of Barrel Aged As Above So Below – Marshmallow. Brew Review – Mortalis Brewing Co./Equilibrium Brewery Barrel Aged Pomona Salictarius

This morning at Mortalis for a BA release for their fifth anniversary, they had a bunch of older BA’s on tap, so on today’s Brew Review, I’m having their Barrel Aged Pomona Salictarius. This collab with Equilibrium is a 13% imperial stout aged for 14 months in Heaven Hill and Brandy barrels and conditioned the beer on house roasted peanuts and Thai Bananas.
