I crushed last night’s big NHL slate, going 6-2 to win 2.72 units after sweeping the board three of the four previous nights. Tonight we have a solid six game Friday night hockey slate, let’s win again! Maple Leafs vs. Capitals (7:00) This should be a really solid matchup in the East to start off the night. Both of these teams have played fantastic hockey. … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 12/6/24
I’m having the first bottled barrel aged stout from Fidens on today’s Brew Review, The Nights Are Dark. This 13% imperial stout aged 24 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels and was conditioned on toasted coconut, raw coconut and Madagascar vanilla. Tonight the Sabres put up a solid effort but lost again, this time 3-2 in overtime at home against the Jets. The Sabres scored first again early tonight, as Tage Thompson snapped a nice wrist shot on the power play from the right circle to put the Sabres up 1-0, 3:27 into the game. The Jets answered back though just 47 seconds later as Hayden … Continue reading Sabres vs. Jets: 11/5/24 – Game Reactions/Recap
I had a great bounce back last night on the NHL winning two units, going 3-0 for my third sweep of the board in the last four days. Tonight we have a solid nine game slate, let’s win again! Sabres vs. Jets (7:00) Not a great game in Buffalo tonight as both of these teams come into tonight’s game on lousy four game losing streaks. … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 12/5/24

Brutal night for me on the NHL yesterday going 4-8 to lose 6.24 units after sweeping Sunday and Monday. Tonight we have just a small four game slate, but let’s bounce back! Maple Leafs vs. Predators (7:30) This is a pretty big mismatch for this cross conference game. Although I think they’re primed for a first round exit from the playoffs, the Leafs are playing … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 12/4/24
I’m having an interesting one, this year’s Sullen’s Cuvee from Angry Chair on today’s Brew Review, a blend of all of their barrel aged beers in the Super Rad set. Continue reading Brew Review – Angry Chair Brewing Sullen’s Cuvee 2024 (Super Rad Set 2024)
Tonight the Sabres looked incredible to start their game, going up 4-0 in the first period, but then collapsing in the third to lose 5-4 at home to the Avalanche. The Sabres scored first, just 3:22 into the game as Tage Thompson, tipping in a rebound in the crease off a Connor Clifton rip from the point. After a lengthy review on a challenge from … Continue reading Sabres vs. Avalanche: 12/3/24 – Game Reactions/Recap
I’m having a relatively local beer on tonight’s Brew Review with Pescado Nocturno from Eli Fish Brewing Co. in Batavia, NY. Not a style I have often, this is a 5.4% dark Mexican lager. Continue reading Brew Review – Eli Fish Brewing Company Pescado Nocturno
