On tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having Monkish, a fantastic brewery from all the way across the country in Torrance, California. The Plural of Vinyl is Vinyl is a double dry hopped double IPA, with extra raw wheat and oats and DDH’d with Galaxy, Strata, and Motueka hops.
