I’m having Selene for today’s Brew Review, an imperial coffee stout Mortalis brewed in collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing Co. They started with full bodied base and then conditioned the 12% ABV beer on in-house roasted hazelnuts, Tahitian vanilla, hazelnut coffee and maple syrup.
