On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Ladon – Cherry Berry Cheesecake, released this week by Mortalis Brewing, a 6% ABV fruited sour brewed to mimic an iconic NY dessert, cheesecake! We then conditioned the beer on cherry, raspberry, strawberry, milk sugar and flavors of cheesecake with the help of Cheesy Eddie’s Bakery.
