In the past I had Boat Drinks IV, a Mai Tai Sour collab between Mortalis and Swiftwater in Rochester. I’m going backwards with Boat Drinks III on tonight’s Brew Review, a 6% Mai Tai sour IPA. A slightly different take on this one that Swiftwater brewed up.
