When I had the original Nyx from Mortalis, I thought it was incredible so I was even more excited for today’s Brew Review of Nyx Falcon, a 10% imperial stout they brewed in collaboration with Horus Aged Ales. The thick base was conditioned on toasted coconut, Madagascar vanilla and the most toasted macadamia nuts that Mortalis ever used.
