I don’t have Monkish very often but that brewery out of Torrance, CA churns out some fantastic IPAs. On tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having Bomb Atomically, an 8.3% DDH double IPA with the same recipe as Atomically with double the Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops.
