Swept the board on the NHL last night going 7-0 and winning 10.5 units, my best night of the year so far! This is the hottest I’ve ever been and let’s keep winning on tonight’s three game slate!
Not included in my record is my game of the year win with the new customer Fanduel promo that won me a risk free 28 units on the Penguins puck line. That was so exhilarating and such a fun win! If you’re in NYS, make sure you take advantage of these new customer bonuses and hit me up if you have any questions on how to best optimize these opportunities.
Bruins vs. Canadiens (7:00)
The Bruins have been on fire lately and after Monday’s 7-3 win in Washington (easy winner on the over), they’re now 19-11-2 with five wins in six games since coming back from the Christmas break. In that span of six games, their offense has really woken up with some line changes and they’re averaging 4.67 goals per game. On the season, the Bruins are averaging 3.06 goals per game and have been great defensively (which should get even better when Tuukka Rask comes back), allowing a seventh fewest average of 2.59 goals per game. The Habs have been completely awful this season…and might be just as bad as Arizona. They’re 7-23-4 on the year and only have one win in their last eleven games (a shootout win against Philly, who was missing half of their already shitty lineup that night). Montreal’s scoring the fewest goals in the NHL, averaging just 2.12 goals per game while allowing an average of 3.62 goals per game, fourth most in the NHL. The first time these teams played this year, the Bruins won 5-2. I’d expect this game to have pretty close to the same results. I have a few bets on this game with 1.5 units each on both the Bruins -1.5 (rare occasion that I’ll take a puck line and not a ML or regulation line) and the Bruins TT over 3.5 along with half a unit on the Habs TT under 2.5.
Stars vs. Kraken (8:30)
The Stars have been playing good hockey lately. In a barn burner on Sunday night, the Stars ended their four game win streak with a 2-1 loss in St. Louis. They’re 17-13-2 on the season and they’re fantastic on home ice, with a 13-3-1 record in American Airlines Center. Dallas is averaging 2.81 goals per game and allowing an average of 2.91 per game. Seattle’s been fucking awful. They’re 10-20-4 on the year and come into this game on a six game losing streak with just one win in their last ten games. They’re averaging 2.79 goals per game and they’ve given up an average 3.68 goals per game, the third most in the NHL. I can’t see the Kraken finding a way to go on the road tonight and beat a pretty hot Stars team, who’ve been especially good at home. I was considering just taking the Stars ML here even at -220, but instead I’ll take the Stars in regulation at the nicer price for 2 units.
Coyotes vs. Maple Leafs (10:00)
Last night the Leafs bounced back from their loss in Colorado that where they blew a 4-1 lead with a come from behind 4-3 win in a shootout in Vegas (double winner on the Leafs and the over to close out my sweep). Toronto’s one of the top teams in the NHL this season with a 23-8-3 record and with a 4-0-1 record in their last five games. The Leafs are averaging 3.38 goals per game, seventh most in the NHL and they’re allowing the third fewest goals in the league, and average of 2.5 goals per game. Tonight they’re going with backup Petr Mrazek in goal instead of Campbell. This should be a pretty easy matchup for the Leafs going against one of the worst teams in the league in Arizona. The Yotes are 7-23-3, scoring a second fewest average of 2.18 goals per game and allowing the most in hockey, an average of 3.79 per game. Even with Mrazek starting and Toronto on the second half of a back to back, the Leafs should still be able to light the lamp and easily win this game. I’ll go with the Leafs in regulation for 1.5 units and the Leafs TT over 3.5 for a unit.
Game Bets
1.5u Bruins -1.5 (-157)
1.5u Bruins TT over 3.5 (-177)

1.5u Leafs in regulation (-195)
1u Leafs TT over 3.5 (-157)
