On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a dessert beer that Mortalis collaborated on with another brewery I’m a fan of, Equilibrium. Experiments in the Kitchen is a 10% imperial stout conditioned on coconut, peanuts, almonds, maple, vanilla and pecans.
