To mix it up on tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having Satyr from Mortalis. This 10% fruited sour is quite different from most I’ve had. They took their Hydra base and aged it on Apple Brandy and Cherry Brandy barrels and then conditioned it on apple, pomegranate, cherry, cranberry, lime and cinnamon after it was aged.
