I’m having my first beer from Burial Beer Co. in Asheville, NC on tonight’s Brew Review. This 8.5% Imperial double IPA is made with Epiphany Craft Malt Oats. It is double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Cashmere, new harvest Vic Secret and Galaxy and a final dose of Mosaic Cryo.
