NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/7/22

Last night the Colorado Avalanche completed the sweep of the Oilers with an incredible 6-5 overtime victory in Edmonton to get out the brooms and advance to their first Stanley Cup Finals since 2001. Including my series bet on the Avs, I went 4-1 last night to win six units. Tonight the Lightning look to tie up the Eastern Conference Finals with a win at home.

Game 4: Lightning vs. Rangers (8:00)

After getting dominated and dropping Games 1 and 2 on the road at MSG, the Bolts bounced back and turned this into a series with a 3-2 win (double winner for me on the ML and the under) after coming back from down 2-0 and getting Ondrej Palat’s game winner with 42 seconds remaining in regulation. The Lightning poured on 52 shots on goal and both Igor Shesterkin and Andrei Vasilevskiy had phenomenal play in goal. Tonight, Tampa looks to tie up the series at 2-2 with a win at home. I have a lot on my series bets for the Lightning to win the series and although the Rangers play scared me a bit on that in Games 1 and 2 in New York, a series isn’t a problem until you lose at home (although they will have to steal one game in MSG to win the series). I like the Lightning to win again at home tonight, but don’t love the -180 price to double down on the ML. I’ll lower the risk a bit and take the Lightning in regulation for a unit. I will also go back to the under tonight for a unit. Let’s go Bolts!!
