I can’t even remember the last IPA from Tree House’s Curiosity series I had so I was excited to try Curiosity One Hundred and Twenty Five on today’s Brew Review. This 8.2% double IPA brewed with Comet, El Dorado, Citra and Huell Melon hops is a celebratory milestone for the Curiosity Series and melds their past with what they aspire to be in the future through focused brewing application and continued experimentation.
