On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a sour IPA from the brewery that invented them, Hudson Valley Brewing’s Apple Cider Donut variation of their Silhouette 5% brunch style Sour IPA brewed with raw wheat, malted oat, apples and cinnamon and hopped with Citra and Azacca.
