It’s definitely stout szn in November and on today’s Brew Review I’m having Twice Baked Break, brewed by Mortalis in collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing in NYC. This 10% imperial stout is conditioned on Dominican cacao nibs, Madgascar vanilla, in house toasted almonds and over 100 pounds of actual chocolate almond biscotti.
