On today’s Brew Review, I try the latest IPA from Mortalis, Hecates Crossroads. This 8% double IPA was brewed in collaboration with Brujos Brewing in Portland, Oregon, started off with a pale soft base and hopped with Lupomax Citra, NZ Cascade, and Peacharine hops from Freestyle Hops.
