Today I try one of the most hyped beers from Parish Brewing Co. released usually just once a year on today’s Brew Review, Holy Ghost. This 10% triple IPA is brewed thick with oats and raw wheat and completely dry hopped to saturation with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Citra Cryo hops.
