With a special beer for tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having Corporate Ladder’s collab with Mortalis, Dessert Station Hydra. This 9% dessert sour was aged in Rum barrels and conditioned on strawberry shortcake, cake batter & vanilla ice cream.
