On today’s Brew Review, I’m having this year’s Barrel Aged Hypnos from Mortalis. This 13% imperial stout aged 18 months in 1792 Bourbon barrels, and was conditioned on marshmallow, vanilla, coffee, hazelnuts, and toasted coconut.
