Happy Halloween! Another winning night for me yesterday going 2-1 to win 1.42 units. Today we have a big ten game slate loaded with NHL day games. Let’s roll!

Bruins vs. Blackhawks (1:00)
Horrible cross conference matchup to start the day. Huge mismatch as the Bruins have looked fantastic to start the year and the Blackhawks are awful. This should be an easy win for Boston and I’ll take them in regulation for 1.5 units. I’d slightly lean the over, but not enough to bet it.
Red Wings vs. Blues (1:00)
Not the most interesting game. The Red Wings are playing better than I expected them to, but I still don’t think they’re a great team. I like the Blues to get a win here on the road and I’ll take a half unit shot on them as a slight dog. I’d lean the over, but not enough to bet it.
Predators vs. Lightning (2:00)
This cross conference matchup isn’t great. The Preds have been struggling while the Lightning have looked pretty solid to start the year. Even with the big ordeal of Kucherov requesting a trade yesterday, this should be a win for them on the road in Smashville. Ill take them for a unit. I like the over as well, which I’ll also take for a unit.
Islanders vs. Oilers (2:00)
Decent cross conference game here on Long Island. The Isles are playing way better lately, but they’re still not at the level of the Oilers. The price is great at a pick’em and I like Edmonton to win here on the road. I’ll take them for a unit. I like the over too, which I’ll take for a unit too.
Kings vs. Sabres (4:00)
This isn’t a great matchup by any means, but it should be a decent game for my Sabres, who are coming off two wins in Cali in a row after a blast of a comeback against the Ducks on Thursday night. I like Buffalo to win here and I’ll take my boys for half a unit. I’d lean the over, but not enough to bet it, even at 5.5.
Sharks vs. Senators (4:00)
Interesting cross conference game here. These teams played about a week ago in Ottawa and the Sharks got a big 6-2 win on the road against this Ottawa team that’s been playing great. I’d lean the Sens win here on the road after two road losses in a row, but not enough to bet it. I’d lean the over, but not enough to bet it at 6.5 so I’ll lay off this game entirely.
Canadiens vs. Penguins (7:00)
This should be a decent game in the East to get into the later games. I like the Habs to stay hot and continue their four game win streak returning home from a Western Conference road trip. I’ll take them for half a unit. I’d slightly lean the under, but not enough to bet it.
Canucks vs. Maple Leafs (7:00)
Bad cross conference mismatch up in Canada. The Canucks are horrendous. I’m not really sold on the Leafs either but they’re the far better team here. I’ll take them in regulation for a unit. I love the over too, which I’ll unload on for a unit.
Stars vs. Blue Jackets (8:00)
This cross conference game isn’t great either. I like the Stars to bounce back here at home after two bad losses at home to the Habs and Devils, while the Blue Jackets have struggled all year. I’ll lay the -192 on the Stars for a unit. I’d lean the under, but not enough to bet it.
Avalanche vs. Flames (10:00)
Not a great Western Conference matchup for tonight’s only late game. Calgary is playing way better than I expected lately with five games in their last six games. Colorado’s struggling, but with the Flames in the second half of a back to back after giving me my only loss of last night, beating the Kraken 6-2, I like the Avs to win here at home. The price at -380 is quite steep, but I’ll take the Avalanche puck line for half a unit to end my night. I’d lean the over, but not enough to bet it.
