On tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having this year’s Grand Cru Snowball from Angry Chair for their anniversary, a 14% blend of imperial stouts aged in apple brandy barrels for 20 months, Wild Buck Rye barrels for 22 months, and Four Roses barrels for 49 months with coconut, chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow. Brew Review – Ill Will Brewing The Apocalypse

Really interesting concept from Ill Will, where they did a bunch of cans of individual flavors with the idea to make your own cuvees of them. On today’s Brew Review, I’m having The Apocalypse, which combines all those flavors – coconut, peanut butter, caramel, dark and milk chocolate, nougat, and shortbread into one 5.5% barrel aged smoothie. Brew Review – Funk Factory Geuzeria Framrood (2017)

From the Ralph yesterday, on today’s Brew Review I’m having a vintage lambic, the 2017 Framrood from Funk Factory Geuzeria in Madison, Wisconsin. This 6% lambic was fermented in the Methode Traditionnelle standard, aged 18-24 months in French Oak barrels and then re-fermented on two pounds per gallon of red raspberries for three months.
