On today’s Brew Review, I’m having the Rye version of Diabolical Iridescence from Boiler Brewing Co. This 12.6% double mash extended boil Russian imperial stout was aged 2 years in a single Willett Family Estate Rye barrel conditioned on toasted and raw organic coconut, Madagascar and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans, Filipino cacao nibs, and a kiss of freshly roasted single origin Guatemalan coffee beans. Brew Review – Boiler Brewing Co. Double Barrel Brunch

On today’s Brew Review, I had Boiler’s Double Barrel Brunch was my pregame beer for yesterday’s Bills win. This 14% double mashed, extended boil Russian imperial stout was aged over 2 years in a 9-Year Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrel then transferred into a Blis Cinnamon Maple Syrup bourbon barrel and conditioned on Kona coffee beans, toasted and raw coconut, and vanilla beans.
