For today’s Brew Review, Big Ditch collabed with Underground Beer Lab from Syracuse and they blended their collective brewing science knowledge to create an IPA like neither have made before, Electropositivity. This 6.3% IPA features Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Strata hops then the mash is hopped with NYS Cascade hops and fermented with Cosmic Punch yeast.
