On today’s Brew Review, I had Boiler’s Double Barrel Brunch was my pregame beer for yesterday’s Bills win. This 14% double mashed, extended boil Russian imperial stout was aged over 2 years in a 9-Year Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrel then transferred into a Blis Cinnamon Maple Syrup bourbon barrel and conditioned on Kona coffee beans, toasted and raw coconut, and vanilla beans. Brew Review – Angry Chair Brewing Grand Cru Snowball (2025)

On tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having this year’s Grand Cru Snowball from Angry Chair for their anniversary, a 14% blend of imperial stouts aged in apple brandy barrels for 20 months, Wild Buck Rye barrels for 22 months, and Four Roses barrels for 49 months with coconut, chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow.
