I’m having a newer collab with Equilibrium teaming up again with Mortalis for Barrel Aged Experiments in the Cosmic Kitchen, loaded with adjuncts on today’s Brew Review. This imperial stout with peanuts, caramel toasted coconut, walnuts, marshmallow, Mostra Coffee, cinnamon, candied pecans, macadamia, toasted almonds, maple syrup, and Vanuatu vanilla was aged 30 months in Willett barrels.
