Teaming up again with Horus Aged Ales, Mortalis brewed up a barrel aged version of Nyx Falcon, which I’m having on today’s Brew Review. This 13% imperial stout was aged 15 months in Peerless Bourbon barrels, then conditioned on Emperors coconut, toasted coconut, house toasted hazelnuts, and hazelnut coffee.
