I’m having a nice stout collab from Corporate Ladder with Mortalis on today’s Brew Review, Barrel Aged Minority Opulent. This 13.5% imperial stout was aged in 14-year Austin Nichols barrels for 24 months and then conditioned on wild thai banana, peanut butter, marshmallow, and coconut.
