Brewed for Corporate Ladder’s fifth anniversary, on today’s Brew Review, I’m having this loaded 12% quadruple IPA, featuring a whirlpool of over 4#’s per bbl of strata pellets and a dry-hop consisting of Citra Incognito, Idaho 7, Revolution Blend, Peacharine and Motueka at a rate of over 14#’s per bbl of total hops, brewed with 60#’s of local wildflower honey. This heavy 15.5$ imperial stout was aged in Ambler Bourbon and Laird’s Apple Brandy barrels and brewed with Ca Phe Chon coffee beans, coconut, Ivory Coast cocoa nibs, and Madagascar vanilla.
