On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Neapolitan Shake that Beer Tree collaborated with Mortalis again on. I had this last year (before I started this show) and remembered it being phenomenal and wanted to revisit it with a review this year. This 10.2% ice cream stout is made with specially roasted Dominican cocoa nibs and chocolate malts, blended with Madagascar vanilla beans and creamy milk sugar and swirled with fresh strawberries and jam. This Cinnamon, Apple and Cheesecake variant of Froth’s Liquid Lollipop that I’m having on today’s Brew Review was one of my most anticipated of this huge drop.
