On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Even Less Balanced, a 10% abv triple IPA with marshmallow that Equilibrium Brewery collaborated with Evil Twin Brewing NYC on. I really like when breweries use marshmallow as a sweetener for IPAs, so I was interested to try this one from two breweries I’m a fan of.
