On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Mortalis’s latest Hydra collab. This version, Twilight Hydra is a collaboration with Definitive Brewing Company and uses the flavors of blackberry, raspberry, peach, graham cracker in this 7% fruited sour ale brewed with natural flavors.
