Pretty much broke even on last night’s big slate, going 3-4 for -0.3 units. Tonight there’s only four NHL games to get some winners on as the season draws closer to an end.
Canadiens vs. Jets (7:00)
Winnipeg’s coming into this game on a five game losing streak. On that losing streak, they scored three goals in one game, got shut out in another and only scored one goal in each of the remaining three. Montreal’s offense sucks lately too and they haven’t scored more than two goals in eight of their last nine games and only two of their last 13 games. That’s fucking awful. Both Hellebuyck and Allen are decent goaltenders, despite some struggles both have faced recently. This season Winnipeg is 6-2 against the Habs and the over is 6-2 as well. I’d lean the Jets end their losing streak tonight and I’ll take the under here for a unit.
Avalanche vs. Sharks (9:00)
Grubauer’s back in goal for the Avs, who definitely missed him recently, dropping their last three games in a row. Colorado’s 3-1 against the shitty Sharks, who are coming into this game off back to back wins against the Coyotes (that screwed me both games). I think the Avs get back in the win column tonight. I’ll take the Avs in regulation for 2 units. I’m also going to go with a unit parlay on the ML with the Vegas ML, a half unit parlay on the regulation line with Vegas in regulation and a half unit parlay on the puck lines of both games.
Coyotes vs. Golden Knights (10:00)
Vegas is getting hot at the perfect time leading up to the playoff as the best team in hockey has won ten straight games. Tonight this wagon rolls into the dirty desert to play the Yotes, who couldn’t beat the Sharks for their last two games. Vegas is 5-1 against Arizona this year and I think they roll again tonight. In addition to the parlays, I’ll take Vegas in regulation for 2 units and the ML for a unit.
Ducks vs. Kings (10:00)
Who cares? I think the Kings are the better team out of these Cali shit balls and would lean them to bounce back with a win after their 3-2 loss to the Ducks on Wednesday night. Wouldn’t bet on them though with the season series between these teams tied at three.
