I wanted a sour IPA for today’s Brew Review, so I went with the brewery that came up with the concept, Hudson Valley Brewery. Alcove is an 8% Sour DIPA with raw wheat, flaked & malted oat, milk sugar, blueberry, raspberry and vanilla and hopped with Galaxy & El Dorado hops.
