It’s stout season and on tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having Prometheus, released a few weeks ago from Mortalis. This 10% imperial stout showcases white macadamia nuts, Dominican cacao nibs, marcona almonds, dark grade maple syrup, and Mostra Coffee.
