Brew Review – Swiftwater Brewing Co./Mortalis Brewing Co. Brutier Fruitier Gruitier

I cracked open a pretty old beer, canned a year and a half ago for today’s Brew Review. Brutier Fruitier Gruitier is a collaboration that Swiftwater did with Mortalis. A 8% golden ale that’s their modern spin on the ancient Gruit style, which showcases the fruit, made without hops and blended with over 3.5 pounds per gallon of guava, mango and peach incorporated at packaging.
