NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/4/22

Last night the Tampa Bay Lightning’s streak of 18 consecutive wins after a loss came to an end as the Bolts fall 2-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals with their 3-2 loss to the Rangers in Game 2. The Rangers dominated the whole game and I went 1-1, losing 3.02 units. Let’s bounce back with Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals tonight shifting to Edmonton.

Game 3: Oilers vs. Avalanche (8:00)

The Avalanche dominated Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday night winning 4-0, with backup goaltender Pavel Francouz shutting out McDavid and his Oilers. After a slow start in a scoreless first period, Nazim Kadri got three assists in just over two minutes in the second period to lead the Avs to take a 2-0 series lead. Edmonton didn’t bother to show up whatsoever with only eleven shots in the final 40 minutes of the game and got completely shit on. After I went 2-0 to win 3 units on Game 1, I went 2-2 in Game 2, winning both the Avs ML and the Avs TT over but losing on the game over and the Oilers TT over since Edmonton didn’t do their part at all and couldn’t even get things going on the power play in Colorado’s end of the ice. Tonight the series shifts goes up North to Canada for Game 3 in what has to be a must win for the Oilers. This is a must win for Edmonton tonight. If they lose and go down 3-0 against the Avs (or really any playoff team), their season is over. Even though this is a must win, I just think they’re so overmatched by the Avalanche to the point that McDavid and Draisaitl can’t make up for it. I’ll go with 1.5 units on the Avs TT over 3, a unit on the alternate over 6.5, a unit on the Oilers TT over 2.5 and a unit on the Avalanche ML. If the Avs lose tonight, I’m not going to care much on the ML loss and just double up on it for Game 4.
