On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Nymph, the latest from the Mortalis Woodland Series. This 10% barrel aged sour aged the Hydra base in Cruzan Rum barrels and conditioned on pineapple, toasted coconut and cream of coconut for their take on a piña colada.
