The Life After Death Star yearly series of imperial stouts from Equilibrium and J. Wakefield are always fantastic and on today’s Brew Review, I’m trying this year’s banana pancake variant. This 11% imperial stout was brewed with Thai banana, raw coconut, maple syrup, almonds, cinnamon, marshmallow, Mostra Coffee, and lactose.
