It’s been quite some time since I’ve had a Mortalis sour and I’m having an old one from back in July for today’s Brew Review, Minotaur. This 6% sour ale inspired by a Planters Punch cocktail was brewed with pineapple, key lime, passion fruit, oranges, and golden rum soaked raisins.
