I’m throwing it way back to one of the first fantastic Buffalo IPAs I had over a decade ago on tonight’s Brew Review, Big Ditch Fip. The second of the Lock Series IPAs is a 6.8% IPA brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops.
