Tonight’s Brew Review features a high end stout, this year’s version of Obsidius from Woven Water Brewing in Tampa. This 12.5% imperial stout is aged in a blend of Heaven Hill & Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, conditioned on cocoa nibs, coconut, and hazelnut. The sours that I’ve had from Frequentem Brewing Co. have been fantastic and on today’s Brew Review I’m trying my first sour IPA from them, my favorite style of beer.
