Today I’m trying an interesting stout, Doughboyz Pretzel Cookie from Mortalis on today’s Brew Review. This 10% imperial stout brewed in collaboration with the restaurant Doughboyz is based on their sourdough dessert, conditioned on butterscotch, salt and cacao nibs.
